Amelia knows the local market, the things to looks for, what to avoid and how to create a compelling value proposition as a seller or a buyer. She was excellent, and we would definitely recommend her!

Amelia did an awesome job! She was kind, considerate, consistent, and she worked tirelessly to make sure that we did well!!

We started to affectionately call Amelia our suite bulldog. She was tenacious in making sure that our needs were identified, addressed, and satisfied. She rearranged her schedule to make sure that we had access to the property and was absolutely professional in every way! I cannot recommend her enough!

Janel was great! Very helpful, responsive and helpful in many ways before, during, and after closing. Would strongly recommend her!

Rock star status - love working with Emily

Thank you for your help. The service was excellent as we felt like Amelia did keep us informed regularly without being over bearing during a busy time in our lives. She also made herself available throughout the day making it easy to return communication during our hectic schedules. She is a true professional.

Janel really helped go above and beyond to get our old house sold! Everything from navigating a very picky lender on the buyers side, to meeting the appraiser/inspector in person to go through everything with them, to even helping me navigate the buyer walkthrough - which they elected to do 30 minutes prior to closing - which would of been an absolute challenge in the best of circumstances. Janel really helped make those unforeseen circumstances easy to navigate. Janel was absolutely amazing and the absolute right person to have in your corner when selling your single largest asset! Additionally when buying my new home I used her and thanks to her advice, we got our first home we put our first offer in on in the middle of a red hot real estate market! The house she helped us get really is the perfect house and we really cant thank her enough!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Amelia is great to work with and is always thinking about your best interest! We really appreciate her as our realtor and fully recommend her to others. Thanks!
