I joined Berkshire Hathaway only a few months ago but so far my experience has been phenomenal. I have taken all of the classes, and joined a few of the networking events, that have been offered and they have all been amazing. I have learned a lot and had a lot of fun during each and every one of these experiences. The brokerage as a whole has a wonderful culture. Brokers and agents are all very supportive and helpful of new agents. I cannot think of a single thing to complain about nor can I offer any constructive criticism as there is nothing I would change. I don't like losing money with commission splits and fees, however, with what the brokerage offers I can't imagine that I would do any better elsewhere where agents keep more of their commission. Maybe if the brokerage provided free leads, as I have heard that some brokerages do that, however I don't know how that works and maybe it is not as simple as that. For the most part, unless I learn about something that I just have no concept of now, I can't imagine being anywere better than Berkshire Hathaway. Specifically, the Countryside office. The team here is wonderful and Lorna Short is the most amazing person I think I have ever met. I have so much respect for her as both a person and a real estate professional and I can't wait to learn from her how to be a better agent and maybe a better person!
