Lorena is a jewel! She went above and beyond during the whole process of selling our parents home after our mother passed away. We had many bumps along the way with repairs to the house however Lorena stayed positive which was a huge help for us while we dealt with grief. She provided names for repairmen and everyone we dealt with was great. She was very professional and gave great suggestions to make the house more desirable for buyers . A day before we had an estate sale, the A/C went out. Lorena brought some of her own personal fans for us to use in the house.
Lorena is a very caring person and was there for us throughout it all. She's a wonderful person to work with which made everything much easier. Thank you doesn't seem enough to say.
