Allyson Cotton and Liz Squillacote were amazing to work with on both the purchase of our new home and selling our current one. They were always there day and night to answer questions or handle any issues. They were patient and understanding and took the time to help us find a new house that was right for us. Thank you both!"
Liz was a complete delight to work with. She is kind, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. When buying my new home she always available to help with each step of process. When selling my home of 30yrs she was amazing on how she prepared the house, as well as me, for the listing.
At the outset, it is important to understand that this was an unusual sale. The property at 108 Sill Lane was a granite, four-story factory erected on or about 1820. It went through a series of meaningful changes over the years until remade into a residence in the mid 1950's. The property was on the market for more than two years. The agents, Allyson Cotton, and Liz Squillacote, arranged, scheduled, and oversaw a variety of personal showings and several open houses together and individually. They were imaginative and creative in their approach and worked tirelessly through the entire project. The property was almost sold on a variety of occasions but one reason or another didn’t sell. Allyson and Liz were enthusiastic and positive and never lost their sense of humor throughout the ordeal. It is fair to say that there were several unusual circumstances. They were addressed promptly and enthusiastically. I would recommend Allyson and Liz unreservedly. If you wish to discuss the matter further, I would be happy to talk to you on a personal basis.
