From listing to closing, Liz was exceptional. She knows the market extremely well and listed and priced our house with speed and precision. Liz started her process by doing a walk through of our home and creating a list of recommended items we should do to get the house ready for listing (painting, decluttering, furniture arrangement etc.). Once this was completed, she set a date for the house to come on the market and began staging the house for photos, which her and her team do as part of their services.
