Livia helped us get into our first home! Couldn’t be happier with her expertise and professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone.

Livia has all the knowledge and expertise to help with any real estate deal. She is prompt and clear in her communication and looks for solutions and ways to make buying real estate painless. If there is something she can do for you, she will. I am an out of state buyer and so there were many things I had to ask her to do for me (i.e., meet inspectors at the property, meet an electrician at the property, set up a lockbox for me after closing, etc) and she was happy to do so. This is my second real estate purchase with Livia and I will use her every time.

Highly recommend Livia for your real estate purchase or sale. She is super responsive, knowledgeable and professional.

As an out of town person doing business in Livia's Area, I found Livia to be incredibly professional and helpful. She was very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. I relied on her to help me understand the local market, necessary procedures, and to help me accomplish tasks while being 3000 miles away. When I finally got to meet her in person, she was just as incredible as our months-long telephone relationship. I cannot say enough good things about Livia and her willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. I deal with agents constantly, and Livia is the top in her field. I cannot wait to do business with her again!
