Lisa Nicholson went above and beyond the call of duty in managing the process of clearing out and selling me late sister's condo. Being in another city and not being able to travel much due to having small children, I had to rely extensively on Lisa for support emptying the condo, getting contractors to repair and paint it, and then getting it on the market and working through the usual sale issues. She was fantastic, as were the companies she found to do the other efforts, especially the auction firm she found to sell the art from the condo. I couldn't be happier with her assistance and empathy in working through these painful times.
Lisa is a consummate professional. I worked with her on a recent deal, where I had the buyer who is an investor which can always be tricky. I have referred many clients to Lisa. One in particular stands out. A very good friend had been renting her home for over 10 years. During that time she had done many things to truly make it her own. Un fortunately, the owners decided to sell the property. The listing agent was very aggressive in trying to get my client to buy the property. My friend was very overwhelmed and confused by the process but she wanted to stay in her home. Lisa stepped in, explained the process, acted as a buffer between my friend and the listing agent and she shepherded her through the process. I don't even think Lisa got paid.
