Suzanne knew the market and was confident on listing the home for a price that was a little higher than I felt was appropriate for the market, but she was absolutely right; the home fetched $13k more than the listing price that Suzanne suggested. She regularly kept me informed of every update, and her advice was invaluable. In short, Suzanne went above and beyond all I could have expected from a realtor, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Once we had chosen our home, we needed to decide whether to close fast, or wait until we returned for a visit in a couple of months.
