We chose Lisa because she had sold the last few homes on our street and wow! Were we glad. She delivered! She handled all negotiations like a seasoned pro. Went the extra mile in staging, entertaining buyers on the community, And Handled all objections superbly. She Made the closing on 2 homes super easy. Lisa knows the market, has the buyers, and communicates so well. the clients trust her knowledge and so did we. She’s calm, confident, helpful, and competent. A real getter done realtor. She’s a must when looking for a realtor whether you’re buying or selling. Wish she was in our new state.

Our home buying journey with Lisa Mishler was outstanding. We saw her listing, gave her a call and Lisa was willing to meet us within fifteen minutes. Lisa’s knowledge of the property and the community was extensive and complete. As we entered into an agreement Lisa was there every step of the way to a smooth closing. Lisa made our experience very stress free and easy. She was a pleasure to work with. Lisa is the best realtor I have worked with all my buying and selling of our properties. Lisa is strickly the best !

I have so much to share about this outstanding woman. She went so far beyond what’s expected when it comes to selling my home. She sacrificed time over and over to meet potential customers wants. I have never in my 40 years of buying and selling homes have such a dedicated committed, to sell MY property, agent. She constantly surprised me with her knowledge and discernment of what buyers were really looking for and how she met their needs with my property. It was because of her sales technique our 2 homes sold. I wouldn’t use anyone else!!! She also worked with the buyers for my properties. Btw she was recommended to me by another seller who said the same thing about her.

We HIGHLY recommend Lisa Mishler. We had our home listed for a year with another realtor and it was not going well. We knew we needed a change. Lisa impressed us immediately. She offered a few simple suggestions which took our home from nice to WOW. She had that home sold quickly and even had a back up buyer for us. She was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and she had our back throughout the deal. We truly appreciated her.

We were down in Estero for one night and had to act quickly as there was a property we decided we must see. We went on the web and they were the first to pop up. They answered the phone immediately and the rest is history.

Working with Lisa Mishler has been a pleasure. She’s knowledgeable, professional and friendly- all wonderful traits in an agent. Lisa was very helpful in staging my home for sale in what has become a slow market. Her design guidance and personal effort transformed my house into a model home. Lisa also recommended and secured an assortment of vendors who completed quality work (e.g., painting, roof tile replacement…) on my home at a reasonable price. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, Lisa responded quickly and resolved my issue. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Lisa and her team had a very well thought out plan, a lot of activity and excellent service and assistance!

Lisa has been awesome to work with! She is definitely for the her clients and not just for the sale! I plan on doing future purchases through her and will be recommending several of our friends to her! So glad we got a deal done.

Lisa went above and beyond as our realtor/ representative! We took our property off the market for a short period, and we were inundated with requests to secure our listing. That thought was never entertained by us, we already had the best! Lisa has been steadfast and clear thinking throughout this process. As absentee owners we always felt that she was functioning in our best interests. Lisa took initiative ( which in our experience is a rare trait) even preparing our home for an impending hurricane. Her artistic eye misses nothing. We have bought and sold multiple properties, and we can truly say Lisa was the best ! Thank-you Sheila Klein
