"Working with Lisa Medford was an absolute blessing! She dedicated an entire year to helping us find our dream home, carefully keeping all our specific requirements in mind. Lisa never gave up on us, and her persistence paid off when our ideal home hit the market—we were the very first to see it and put in an offer. Thanks to her incredible dedication, expertise, and guidance, we managed to close on our new home and sell our previous one on the exact same day! Anyone who knows the Hilton Head real estate market knows how challenging that is to pull off. Lisa truly went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you want a realtor who will fight for you and deliver results, look no further than Lisa!"

Lisa was a huge support and was always there to answer my questions. She was helpful every step of the process and I am grateful that she was my agent!

This is our third home we purchased from Lisa, she understands our goals and is very helpful throughout the buying process.

Lisa Medford did a tremendous job on first contact to understand our HHI home purchase requirements and desires. She worked above-and-beyond to make the deal work and was our "eyes" and "ears" to monitor the potential purchase locally while w were still living at a distance. Finally, she took personal time to help us after the sale and provide advice since we are new to the area. We now consider her a friend.

Lisa was fantastic and very helpful with the home buying process as well as showing us what South Carolina has to offer. We moved across the country and she really made the process smooth for my family and I. I will be contacting Lisa again when it is time to move.

I would highly recommend Lisa Medford from Berkshire Hathaway. Lisa has years of experience and has exceptional customer service skills. Lisa went the extra mile to ensure our family found the perfect home. Whether you are buying or selling, Lisa's experience will make the process stress-free.

Lisa has worked with us three times both purchasing and selling properties in Hilton Head. She is very knowledgeable, hard working , and will go the extra mile for her clients. We could not be more pleased with her representation and highly recommend her.

Lisa is probably the most knowledgeable and hard working agent in Beaufort County! I have worked with her on several homes and she always goes above and beyond the call of duty! I will continue to work with Lisa on every deal I do here on HHI, and I would encourage anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, diligent, friend to work with when buying or selling a home to give Lisa a call, you will not be disappointed! If I could give more than 5 stars and a 10 I would, that is how much I think of Lisa! Thank you thank you thank you Lisa Medford for all you do for this community and your clients!
