“Lisa Mead is an excellent agent. Do not hesitate to work with her. She advised us in the sale of my mother's townhome and she was right about everything we needed to do for the correct sale price and sold in 3 days! We could not have been more pleased with the experience."

I would definitely recommend Lisa Mead when purchasing or selling a house. I made a decision to purchase a home in a very “sought-after” community and Lisa was recommended by an agent/friend who had moved from the area. Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable and the recommendations she suggested allowed me to get the contract while competing with another prospective buyer. She also listed my current home and we got a contract within two days of listing the property. Lisa was always accessible, attentive and accommodating throughout the entire buying and selling process. I highly recommend Lisa Mead!

Lisa was an absolute delight to work with! We were so appreciative of her expertise and honesty as first time home buyers. She helped create a smooth buying process in a tumultuous market and we are so thankful for her guidance. Thank you for everything, Lisa!!

Lisa Mead was very professional and always responsive handling the purchase of my home and continues to represent me in the sale of my current t residence. I would highly recommend Lisa Mead.

Working with Lisa Mead was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her professional, knowledgeable and thorough style made this journey stress-free. Lisa made herself available to us when we had questions and truly understands today’s housing market. Her experience was paramount when it came to working through the details which resulted in a smooth purchase at a terrific price and her recommendations on selling our home brought us top dollar. She is a professional through and through and we would recommend her to anyone who wants the real estate experience to be positive. Thanks Lisa!

Lisa was great to work with! As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. Lisa took the time to talk us through everything and showed us tons of beautiful places. Once we found our home, the process wasn't completely smooth due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Lisa handled everything and helped us feel secure in our purchase. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Lisa was nothing but a joy to work with! She was professional, fun, and really worked to get us the home we wanted without budging on our contingencies. We are first time home buyers and her expertise really helped in a fast paced and competitive market.

Having used Lisa’s services several years earlier, there was no question in our minds as to who to recruit to sell our rental house. This time, the effort was expected to be more challenging since we now live in GA, while the house is in Northern VA. Not a problem with Lisa managing the sale! She helped set us up with excellent contractors who agreed to work with us from afar. Between them beautifully sprucing up the house and Lisa handling the rest, the house sold very quickly - at $25,000 over asking price! We wish we had more houses we could have Lisa sell for us!!

We were referred to Lisa from a family friend, and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent! Lisa was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive and attentive to our house buying needs. She always worked around our schedules too--whether it was late in the evening or on the weekend, she was always an email or phone call away. We found the perfect place for our first home and could not have done it without Lisa's expertise, attentiveness, and honesty. We look forward to working with her again in the future!
