Lisa is an amazing agent--can't say enough glowing things about her. She was very patient with us (and my parents, who helped us finance the house) throughout this whole process, which took a while. She's very responsive and on top of things, and always knew what was going on and was able to help us with next steps. It was so nice always getting the sellers disclosure doc from her ahead of seeing new houses, for example. I also really appreciated her candor and directness. On top of all that, her negotiation skills are incredible--we ended up buying an older home (1875) that is lovely but in need of some big fixes, and she was able to get us $65K off the initially accepted price due to what we found during the home inspection period. I will certainly be recommending Lisa to any family/friends who are looking to buy in the Mercer County/Bucks County area!
