Lisa did a wonderful job in helping us to get our home (that I'm sitting in right now as I type this!). As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, concerns, and anxiety and Lisa was a patient, calming presence for us. She took care to listen to us and was helpful in pointing things out when we toured a home that we wouldn't have noticed on our own. When we found a home we loved, she helped us to put in in a great first offer, and then escalation clause. We had heard horror stories of this market (taking 6 months, or many offers before getting a house) so we were delighted that the first time we put an offer on a house it was accepted. Lisa's kindness and communication helped her to work well with the selling realtor and secure the house. Thank you Lisa! We're so happy with our house, and were so happy to work with you!
