Our house had been listed unsuccessfully by three other agents. Linette did an amazing job of marketing our home with professional photos, online advertising and open houses. Her open houses brought in over a dozen people every time! We found Linette to be very responsive and went above and beyond when we had to move out of state before the house sold. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do. She is a trustworthy and kind professional. I would definitely use her as a realtor again.
Linette was amazing to work with! She was constantly updating us on new properties matching our criteria. She worked around our personal/work schedules always! She even showed us houses in not the best weather conditions (I got myself covered in mud) and she didn't mind being out in that, because it was convenient for us. I was looking on her portal she had set up for us and found THE perfect home for us. I called her (very excited) and within 2 hours we were looking at the home. There were several other showings scheduled following us, so she literally stayed up all night typing up our offer and getting it to the sellers by 7am. Happy to say we closed on that home today!! Would absolutely recommend her, and would 100% work with her in the future.
Linette was very responsive, understood our short timeline and worked hard to make sure we got the property that we loved.
