Lindzee was absolutely wonderful by selling our home and finding a new home that met all of our needs. She went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. She gave us valuable insights into the Menifee/Winchester local market. She was extremely cooperative regarding scheduling open houses, viewings and making herself available on short notice. Lindzee was very patient and kind throughout the process, and we really appreciated it! Her expertise and understanding made this a smooth transaction and we couldn’t be happier with our new home, and we thank her for making it possible! Dave Clouse

Lindzee and her team were excellent throughout our home purchase and home sale. Always responsive and answered all questions. Lindzee was on top of all communications and transactions to make the experience smooth for us. Thank you Lindzee!

Lindzee is such a great realtor! She is extremely knowledgeable about property in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, and Newport Coast, and she is very patient with helping clients find their dream house. She is a very strong negotiator, and you can feel confident that you will be getting the best possible deal, once you enter escrow. Lindzee will fight for you in the most professional manner,. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable and connected with transitional rental properties, if you can’t move directly from your previous home to your new home.

Lindzee was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home. From purchase, through financing to recommending excellent painters, she helped every step of the way.

All I can say is she is a top-notch hard-working first class realtor that knows the Newport community better than anyone I've known

Lindzee has a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate in Orange County, CA. She’s super professional to work with excellent at her job! Definitely someone I would refer to others as well.

This was my first house and the process (due to seller and his agent) was less than desirable - problem after problem. Lindzee was very professional and kept a positive attitude through the whole process. She explained things so I understood and stressed less. Lindzee has knowledge of the local area, was responsive to calls, emails and questions. I was very fortunate to have worked with her and will always refer her to all that are in need of a real estate agent.

Lindzee has always impressed me, and I've known her for more than 15 years. I had lots of choices when I decided to sell my home. I didn't hesitate when I made my decision to move, to reach out to Lindzee for direct and professional answers to my questions. She navigated my transaction through a few issues and we saw the finish line clearly. Moving is stressful enough, no reason to add to that with agency problems. I'd recommend Lindzee in a heart beat. A pleasure to work with.

Thank you for helping us find our dream home Lindzee! You are the best!
