I cannot imagine what my selling process would have been like without the guidance and devotion of Linda and Ged. Selling a house (or getting it ready to sell) is never easy. I dreaded it. With a fulltime job, 3 kids and a big house that is very well lived in, I thought I would never be able to pull the trigger. It was important to me to get all the things done so that my house would show the best it could and would bring the most money it could. Linda was there supporting me through the entire process. She helped me coordinate repairs, picked up paint, dropped off donation bags, and offered her help in so many ways. She was always there to answer my questions, listen to my ‘woes’ and support my family in this process. It was important for us to sell our home pretty quickly, so we didn’t have to live in ‘perfection’ day in and day out for showings. We did just that! Linda and Ged guided us through the agent exclusive process to get feedback and ultimately got us under contract the first weekend on market (open house). I know that Linda’s knowledge on my home and my family’s needs were part of negotiation process. She had become like part of our family during this time. Linda went above and beyond when selling our home. Upon initial consultation, we could tell her expertise was exactly what we needed. She rearranged furniture, filled boxes and coordinated contractors to expedite staging. She advertised and held multiple open houses. Every step of the way, she provided the options, explained pros/cons and suggested a path forward but we always had the final say and she proceeded with our decision. Bottom line, she was a pleasure to work with and made the process more seamless than any other realtor we’ve worked with in the past. We highly recommend her!
Working with Linda and team was such a joy!
