Experience with Ms. Linda

Working with Ms. Linda was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

She went above and beyond for us — even driving a long distance just to meet and show us a property. Her communication is exceptional - she responds quickly, keeps you updated, and makes the entire process feel smooth and stress‑free. From the moment we met her, she made us feel welcome and completely at ease. She genuinely asks how you feel about each property and takes the time to understand what you truly need. Her ability to listen and translate that into real options is incredibly helpful.

Linda is very personable, full of positive energy, and enjoyable to work with. I loved working with her throughout the process of finding our townhouse rental. She was swift, attentive, and consistently brought us properties that matched our criteria.

Thanks to her dedication, we secured our rental in record time — and without a doubt, we’ll be reaching out to her again when we’re ready to buy a home. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring real estate professional. Thank you Linda!! Warm Regards

I wanted to email and share my positive experience searching for an apartment with Linda Tabb. I originally reached out to her for a tour of a property I was interested in, and although it went off-market before I could see it in person, she called me and asked if she could send me similar listings in the area.

I accepted and saw a property in her list that I hadn't been able to get in touch with over Zillow, and she was able to schedule a tour for me. During the tour and over email, she was very friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had.

Although I ended up going with another property, she was excellent as an agent, and I would be happy to reach out to her in the future if I need to find another apartment!
