Very diligent and thorough throughout the process. Insured we got every needed step completed in time and to the best of her ability. Very appreciative of a smooth, selling and buying experience!

We first met Linda when we bought our 40 acre equestrian facility in 2018 and her knowledge and attention to detail was top notch. When we decided to sell our farm there wasn’t anyone else we wanted to have as our agent. Her decision to team up with Vicki Jennings was great for this extensive of a property sale and they were an amazing team. They landed us an amazing offer faster than we could have hoped for and they were both available for whatever we needed and provided great resources to help make our sale possible. If you’re looking to buy or sell an equestrian property in the greater Puget Sound region, these are the ladies you want to hire. Not only are they great realtors, but we’re happy to call them friends!

Linda is a tremendous agent, full stop. She is knowledgeable, professional, has a acute sense of timing, extremely supportive, and her communication style is friendly but firm. She does not cut corners to her client's benefit. We've used her as both as a buyer and seller and we would not use anyone else.

We have worked with Linda on several occasions. Every time, it's a pleasure. Linda is knowledgable, timely, and thorough. Linda knows her business well, and is incredibly resourceful. Linda works very hard to get information to her clients, and works tirelessly to find the perfect residence for them. Not only is she professional, she is also a lot of fun! We have had the pleasure of getting to know her over the years, and have recommended her servicer to everyone we know that is looking for a real estate purchase.

Linda has a very personable style and patience. She helped us understand realty jargon as the process went along. Anyone would benefit from her expertise as well as the strength of her team at Windermere! We are grateful for her help in procuring our new home!

Working with Linda was an absolute pleasure. She was proactive and on top of every detail throughout the negotiation process for purchasing our new home. Her communication was consistently clear and timely. We would joyfully work with her again in the future!

Linda has been nothing but amazing through the entire selling process. The communication, professionalism and genuine compassion she provides is second to none. She helped navigate some unusual and difficult circumstances with expert professional advice and more then enough support to feel confident in our decisions. I won't ever hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.

Linda was amazing when we bought our first home in Washington, which she found to our extensive and exacting specifications. We at that time were traveling from Florida and had a limited amount of time for the process. The time limitation was multiplied many times by the fact that it was in the few days leading up to Christmas and then the time between Christmas and New Years Day. Linda somehow found time to spend innumerable hours with us, driving us around the greater Puget Sound area, and viewing many homes. About 7 years later, the Fall of 2024, we had both retired were ready to move and in a hurry to do so ASAP due to out fears of deterioration in the safety and economy of the US. She understood and was non-judgmental. She worked very hard to make practical and affordable suggestions of ways that our property could be improved to bring a significantly better price. She had previously helped us find a remarkable Licensed Contractor who remodeled our kitchen in the house in the Fall of 2023. He was willing to work with her to bring about additional but affordable "magic" throughout the house and property. Linda suggested an initial listing price that was well above what we thought would be good and especially given that we wanted a truly quick sale. She got a first (conditional) offer at nearly the full listing price within a week (plus or minus a few days). A second offer was quickly, which was for full list price. The sale closed within a day or two of the initial closing date. We are 110% pleased with Linda.

Linda and Mark made such a great team. They made the process so easy for us and we are so thankful to them.
