Linda has excellent marketing skills, and her efforts got results. She helped coordinate repairs to the property, and additional landscaping work that was well received by buyers. She was excellent at follow-up with potential buyers, and really knows the San Juan community. She was invaluable at helping to find local service providers when needed to resolve issues for a non-occupied home. Linda's marketing efforts resulted in over 30 buyers viewing the property in the first 3 weeks, and an offer in less than 30 days. We ended up closing and are very please with Linda's efforts on out behalf. Linda gets results - she has been selling real estate in the San Juans for decades, is hard working and has the experience to make things work. I highly recommend Linda and Winderemere.
