Linda Herring was our realtor for selling our family home in Alexandria, VA in 2020, and later next year in 2021 the historic building (1842) in Old Town Alexandria that was used for a law office. Linda gave us excellent advice on making improvements to our home in Alexandria, including repainting the inside of our home, and the wooden parts of the brick outside the home (Windows, doors, garage door, etc.). She also recommended we repaint our swimming pool, redo the porch and install new screens, as well as new roof gutters, and we move out of the house before we put it on the market. She put us in contact with repair/and replacement personnel who were very informative and professional. The house sold in 3 days when it went on the market, and we got our asking price! Linda made similar recommendations for our Alexandria Historic Building, and it sold at a very good price!
