My company recently relocated me to NOVA and I was unfamiliar with the area and housing options. I was a difficult and demanding customer to be honest. I didn't know where I wanted to live or what kind of house I wanted to buy. In fact prior to working with Linda I had worked with two other agents who either did not listen to my concerns with the properties/areas they showed me or exhibited a limited knowledge of the broad DC/NOVA markets. Thankfully I was put into contact with Linda and this all changed for the better. Linda listened to my (not fully defined) needs, ran searches for me on a bunch of areas with different attributes and worked with me to go through the pros and cons. Whenever I did want to view a place she made it happen quickly, and in general throughout the process was responsive at all times of day or night with me. Anytime I had a question about something that a real estate professional would not typically know Linda either had the answer, found out the answer, or put me into contact with someone who did. Even to this day months post my closing she has checked in on me. On top of all this my house has worked out well and also risen in value in the short time I have been there. In summary Linda was a great and attentive person to work with before, during and post closing on my house. If I needed to sell my current property or buy another I would work with her. She went well above and beyond for me and I am thankful for that quite a bit. If you are questioning who to work with on either buying or selling a home let me save you some trouble - go with Linda!

Linda did an exceptional job selling my home and helping me buy a new one. She did a beautiful job presenting my home for sale, with a photo shoot and a drone video. She made herself available to look at homes the same day I saw them listed, and presented homes to me that were just what I was looking for, so we made the most of our hunting time. Linda is fantastic!! Responsive, helpful, and fabulous at MARKETING my house. She brought in an amazing photographer and she had a drone video done to show my 10 acre farm so only the most interested clients came out.
