Linda was amazing. Very informative for my first house buying. She guided me the entire way and was always prepared with whatever I needed help with.

This is the second house we have sold AND the second house we have bought thru Linda. Both times we sold we have gotten more than we expected and she worked hard to minimize any problem with the 2 we bought. I would reccomend her to anyone buying or selling and would call her again if we should decide to sell in the future

Linda Brown was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She went out of her way to ensure things went smoothly. I would certainly recommend and hire Linda again should I need a realtor.

Linda was a big help to me. These 2 rental properties sold fast without major problems.

Linda was Amazing!! Very patient and thorough. We loved her and would use her when it is time to sell our house.

Linda was great, made the whole process easy, very helpful and full of information, would highly recommend

My agent made a difficult time much easier for me. The advertising and open houses were great. I’d recommend Linda and Berkshire for your real estate needs.

The sales agents should not be dual agent (for the seller and buyer).

Linda Brown is excellent!

Linda Brown walked me through the process and was extremely professional and thorough.
