This was my first time using a realtor. A friend had told me that they can be aggressive so I was a bit hesitant. Having this information I knew that I wanted to work with a woman who would be patient, kind and make this process as smooth & easy as possible. Linda Atkinson is all of that and more. I felt seen, heard and truly witnessed by her and that made it easy for me to trust her. Linda communicates very professionally and directly and if I ever had a question about anything she answered immediately. Her work ethic is impeccable and she did everything by the book. Linda has also given me a couple of other professional references and they as well have been 100% everything a person would expect and hope for from another in the realty world.
