I am a difficult client - you have to know your own frailties. I expect a real estate agent to do what they say they will do, do it professionally and do it in a timely fashion. I am not a fan of the residential real estate community. It is bureaucratic and filled with many poorly trained, incompetent people. I was involved in commercial real estate for 40+ years in NYC and, I guess, expect a lot. Linda Amplo is the exception to the rule. I tried to sell my home of 13 years and it turned out to be difficult. I had a reverse mortgage which worked great for me but had a balance a bit high for the current market. This did not deter Linda. She worked hard from beginning to end. She is smart, professional, informed and experienced and, even though I ultimately had to take advantage of my rights under the terms of the reverse mortgage, she stuck with it throughout. I only have the highest praise and respect for her and would hire her again without hesitation and offer my highest recommendation.
