Joe and Lili were attentive and responsive from the first moment I talked with them. Lili was always available and tried to make this journey as painless as possible. I have bought many homes in the past and would put this realtor experience at the top. She set high but realistic expectations of the new home buying process. I do not believe a realtor is required with a new build but it was worth every penny to have the Breiter Team by our side.
