Lidia Diaz was an excellent selling agent for my Goldens Bridge house. She was always there for me and was on top of everything from the early days of my listing in June and right thru to closing. There were some hairy and worrisome moments for me considering what happened to the real estate market after the Fed's interest rate increases this summer. Lidia would say "don't worry, Phil, be patient" and she was dead-on right when our buyer showed up in August and made an acceptable offer. Even then, Lidia was after the buyer's agent pushing to get them to sign the contract and work everything thru to closing.
