I bought a house from Licia about a year ago. I reached out from many states away and her confident and reassuring voice made me feel that I was in the right hands. As soon as I was ready to look, Licia was ready with great listings. We found the perfect house for myself and my daughter. She helped me through every part of the process!

Licia was great to work with. From our very first meeting we were impressed with her knowledge, her personality & her understanding on how important the sale of our home was to us. As with any sale, there are always problems that pop up when you least expect them. Add to the fact we had moved to Florida before our house sold, getting projects completed & problems solved were more difficult to complete.. Licia had to handle the problems alone. She handled every project & every problem that came along wonderfully. She kept in contact with us weekly & always kept us up to date on how the showings were going. She also, through her contacts, hired a handyman that was an absolute miracle worker. We were so impressed with Licia, we also had her list our condo in Wallingford. As expected, we received the same excellent service from her. I would highly recommend Licia if you want an agent that works with you & has your best interest at heart. 10 STAR RATING !

Licia was my realtor for a couple of houses. She is awesome!! Licia is friendy, patient, so knowledgeable and really cares to make the best choice for her clients. I would definitely recommend her for your buying or selling of your property.

I worked with Licia for over 3 years. She was the most patient person I know. My husband and I wore looking to move. We looked at several properties and then we needed to pause our search because of my husbands illness. Unfortunately he passed and after a little we picked it back up and she was so patient with me. We finally found the right place. She was so helpful with everything, my new condo and also selling my home. I would recommend Licia to anyone, she goes above and beyond.

Over the past 5 years I have used Licia on 6 separate occasions to either purchase or sell homes for both personal and investment purposes. She is the only realtor I will use. She has a great understanding of the market so that I didn’t overpay for a house when buying and priced my homes appropriately so I made the maximum profit when selling . She is with you every step of the way from start to finish. She works tirelessly to ensure the closing process goes smoothly and on time.

We have had the privilege of working with Licia for purchasing two houses and selling one house. She was and is a phenomenal agent. The level of detail started when we began looking for houses as she listened very carefully to what we were looking for in a house. Every step along the way, she made the process easier. When it was time to find a new place, we contacted Licia because we knew we needed a strong and diligent agent. Under her tutelage we were able to secure our second house when the market was extremely competitive. Not only did she help us find our second house, but we were able to sell our first house for well over asking price and we didn’t have to move back in with our parents or have 2 mortgages. We not only got a great real estate agent but also a friend. It’s been over 10 years since we started working with her and we’re extremely thankful. She’s always one text away and her response time is always impeccable. There’s nobody that is more in tuned with the area and housing market than Licia Guenesso. Only a fool would pass up the opportunity to work with. Her!!
