Leila and Bill provided excellent service to myself and my brother regarding the sale of our mom's home after her passing. They sold the 40 year old duplex despite a slower market and changing laws affecting realtors. We were out of town, first time sellers and they treated the sale of our property as if it were their own, relieving a great deal of stress for us. They managed paperwork, inspections, repairs, and an emergency late night call regarding the exterior irrigation being left on, causing water to flood onto the street. They also attended to the landscaping and the interior of the home and held an open house almost every weekend! They worked tirelessly and communicated with us often and also provided a line of communication with the Title company we were dealing with. In November we thought the listing might rollover into 2025 but were surprised when a gracious, interested buyer fell in love with the home and its' location. Even at this point Leila and Bill spent the entire afternoon with the potential buyer while he inspected the property. By the end of the day we had a buyer and made the sale!
