Leeroy is one of the great Realtors in the Tampa Bay market. We just closed up one of his buyers who had several curveballs thrown at him by the seller of the home. Nothing anyone could have done differently, just the seller didn't exactly do what he was contractually obligated to do. In 24+ years of doing mortgages, I've seen PLENTY of deals fall apart because the buyers' Realtor doesn't know how to offer solutions, and negotiate with the selling side (even sometimes after the contract). Leeroy was working until 10 pm last night, working out a win-win solution for his buyers, and the sellers (the sellers' Realtor wasn't really doing their part, so Leeroy did it for them). If you need someone with knowledge of the market, experience to get you to the closing table in spite of curveballs that come up, call Leeroy. And he is very responsive and available as well.
