Lee Bryar delivered the one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. He was dealt a difficult situation where he represented sellers and buyers. And, the home itself had multiple issues including survey problems and age related issues. To complicate matters, the home was under contract the previous year with another realtor and it failed to close. To his credit, he navigated the entire listing and closing process perfectly.
