We found her to be exceptionally responsive and available to help us find the perfect home.  I was surprised the first time she went above and beyond what was expected.  We were curious about zoning and before I knew it, she had talked to the builder, talked to the county, and we had both a general explanation and plenty of links to back it up.  We were curious about a neighborhood - and Lee Anne responded with local restaurants, the coffee shop, favorite places, interesting community events. She has since sent more events and list of recommendations for local trades and shops for when we need help.  She advised us during the offer process and had good insights into what we could ask for and what could be sticky points. The whole process - search, offer, closing went smooth.  Clearly she is a people person and nice to be around but we really appreciated her professionalism the most.

I just recently completed a sale of my former home utilizing Lee Anne Russell as my realtor.  Preparing the home for sale required a substantial amount of renovation, which was all managed by Lee Anne.  She worked tirelessly with many different contractors on a daily basis, and even did some of the work herself.  When the renovation work was completed, she recommended a reasonable asking price and the house went on the market.  It generated multiple showings, and two very strong offers were made.  The house ended up selling for 10% above the asking price ($87,000), which was highly unexpected.  Over many decades, I have been involved in a large number of house sales and purchase transactions.  I have never seen a realtor nearly as dedicated, thorough and as good as Lee Anne Russell.  I would utilize her for any real estate needs; she is simply awesome!
