As first time home buyer's, we came in unsure of how the whole process would go, and communicating your wants and desires in a home can often get lost in translation. Leanna explained everything in a way that we were able to understand and comprehend without question. She was able to find the right type of houses to send us for our opinions, and had a great willingness to work with our schedules as we both work nights. When we finally found our house, we all walked in for the first viewing and immediately loved it, and like they always say, pictures never do justice. Leanna was able to confirm that our home could be purchased with the loan type we were approved for and our offer was accepted almost immediately. The one “bad”(jokingly of course) thing I could say about Leanna is she decided to get married and take off on her honey moon on us, but that’s okay, with closing having to be pushed back a few times, she made it back and was able to be there for closing. Once closing was finished, she made sure to check in on us and see if there was anything she could still do for us at that time. Less than a week before we would be moving in, we lost my father all of sudden, and the following week, we received a very nice card(pictured) from Leanna sending her condolences, which is something she didn’t have to do, but it ment a lot. If anyone ever asked about a realtor, I would recommend Leanna every time. Her willingness to accommodate the buyer, and explain things in a way you will understand make her an amazing choice when buying a home, be it first time, or tenth time. Congrats again on getting married Leanna!!
