Great service,

Leanne is our recommendation & stamp of approval to whomever wants to list property. She feels like family to us; and always available by phone and email. She is professional in all ways & supports you if/ when unsure of processes.

Leann was very helpful and went above and beyond expectations, Answered all of our questions and concerns when selling our home. Totally recommend Leann for your home buying/selling needs.

We were so lucky to have Leann to work with. She is super knowledgeable about the area and the housing options which made it so easy for us. We were able to find exactly what we needed and the sale was quick and easy. She was thoughtful and went the extra mile in a few areas which wasn’t expected but super grateful to have such a thorough and helpful realtor in our corner. Thank you Leann Knysh

Leann is a true professional and knows her business. Dealing with Leann, we found her to be prompt in all areas, cognizant of our wants and needs, and very forthcoming with information. Leann has made this buying and selling experience very easy and stress free.

Hello all, Leann Knysh was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she had made our first time home buying experience so effortless and enjoyable that it was actually the birthday present that i had hoped it would be. Leann accommodated us with every request for viewings we asked for with no hesitation or excuses. She was very knowledgeable of current market value and kept us within our requested price range. My spouse was a repeat customer and we will definitely be utilizing Leann Knysh realtor services with our next purchase. Thank you Leanne !

My experience with Leann has been very good. I have not purchased a house in over 35 years and had forgotten the routine. She has been very help full and educational in this process and would recommend her to others in the same position.

"I can't thank Leann Knysh enough for her outstanding service in selling our home and helping us find a new one! Leann utilized innovative marketing strategies that attracted multiple buyers and sold my home quickly. She kept me updated every step of the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. Leann took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new home and found us the perfect home. She negotiated a fantastic sale price for my home and helped us secure our new house below the asking price! Leann made us feel like we were her top priority, even offering support and advice beyond the buying and selling. I wholeheartedly recommend Leann Knysh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I would definitely work with her again in the future!"

Excellent experience would use again for sure
