it was very easy going, leah had everything handled from the get go. something i really appreciated was there was a hiccup when getting an easement on the property. leah informed me of the hiccup and told me “don’t worry this is what i do!” sure enough the next day i got a call and she had what we needed. she’s the bomb!!!

Even when things go crazy, like I don’t know the sellers of your new home sells the fridge the day before you close even though it was in your contract. Or your buyers tell you that you must fix a missing outlet cover and clean the bathrooms and kitchen including the cabinets. I really wanted to put a dollar on the counter for the outlet.
