Leah was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to questions or arrange showing for us. Often times we had our 7 year old daughter with us. Leah always included her in conversations and made her feel part of the team. My husband is an engineer who had several technical questions not typically asked. Leah was always very fast to find the information and once she found out what his typical questions were she started having that information on hand for the first walk through. I can not say enough good things about her communication, professionalism, and just over all kindness. In a market flooded with realtors, we found the absolute best! We have already been recommending her to all our family and friends!

Work with my realtor was very stressful free and she was on top of everything. The process was very smooth!

Leah was so great to work with! Made us feel comfortable and let us own our decisions. She made herself available when we needed questions answered and educated us when we didn't know where to go next. Highly recommend!!

Leah was instrumental in helping us sort through the process of buying a home for the first time. She was incredibly patient as the house hunting dragged on for more than six months and we could not be more grateful for her guidance. With her help we were able to navigate the nuanced home-buying process of offers, inspections, securing funding, and ultimately closing on our home. Thank you, Leah!

Leah was the consummate professional for us in handling every step of our real estate process. She is very organized, detail oriented, and provided excellent responsiveness and communication along the several months of our interaction with her. We would highly recommend Leah and would seek out her assistance again for any future real estate needs.

Leah is the best realtor and the kindest person! She was a joy to work with and helped find our dream home.

Leah was great to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty for us.

Leah was above and beyond what I could have expected and asked for. Leah went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Leah made me feel like I was a part of her family. Leah made every step of the process smooth and comfortable. Please know if you choose Leah you will be taken care of and felt valued! Leah is truly AMAZING!

Leah is our Tri-Cities go to Realtor! In 2019 she assisted us with the selling of one home in Richland, as we were moving out of state. This past fall, she assisted us in finding a home back in the Tri-Cities area. Both times were from a far, as we lived elsewhere. Many showings were via FaceTime where Leah thoroughly walked through the house, yard, and neighborhood! Measuring important aspects such as the garage, and of course bedrooms and kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased with her service, her support her dedication, her efforts, and her friendship! Leah made the chore of purchasing in one State while living in another, pleasant!

Working with Leah was the best, she was patient, available, and always gave me the most information she could about other homes to compare. After making a couple offers on other homes and it not working out, I made an offer on this most recent home, offer was accepted, and all communication went very well.
