Excellent experience. First approached her in early 2020 and when we got back to her later in that same year she still had the memory (never saw her take notes) of key elements of our house and various considerations. Generally followed her advice in prepping the house, but she really shined in managing the 43 showings and upwards of 20 offers in a 48 hour period. She was also terrific in suggesting professionals to get the few repairs that were required before closing. Recommended by a friend and I will do the same. 

I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT LEAH!! My mom passed away in December 2019. Her home was "gifted" to me upon her passing. I knew I wanted to sell the house and I also knew that I did not want to spend any money on repairs or updating. I didn't know what to do so my boyfriend recommended that I reach out to Leah. She had been his realtor and friend for years. In February 2020, I contacted her and we set up a meeting to see the house. We met, talked and Leah listened and was comforting. She understood the emotion involved with selling this house that I shared with my mom and daughter. Leah presented me with options but based on my situation, recommended that I sell to an investor. She was honest with me and said that she had not used this particular investor before but that we can go through the process and learn together. In the meantime, Leah also helped me through issues while handling my mom's estate, including the Lady Bird Deed and Medicaid (MERP) claims. Due to COVID, our investor canceled the sale so I let the house sit for a few months but Leah never stopped reaching out and checking on me. Then in June, Leah contacted me and told me that she found another investor and within 3 weeks my mom's house was sold "AS IS". I just want to say THANK YOU, Leah, for your professionalism, honesty, creativity, compassion, tenacity, and most of all Patience. I am so glad that we met and I highly recommend Leah to anyone who is looking to buy/sell no matter your situation. 

Leah is an amazing Realtor to work with during the home buying process. We were connected through a mutual friend and I am so glad we were! We were purchasing our first home in Texas after renting for a year and she was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about everything! She asked the right questions as we toured and made us feel like she was vested in our decision. If I could give 10 stars, I would! We'll definitely be back to Leah when we decide to sell and move again - just not anytime soon!

We have nothing but praise for Leah. In the Fall of 2002 my wife and I decided to move into the area from another state. We spent several days in Richardson searching for a property near our daughter when we located a home listed by another realtor. We were unable to make contact with that realtor but we saw a listing by Leah and called her and she met us within about 30 minutes. Although we did not purchase that property, Leah worked with us over the next few days until we found exactly what we wanted, a new home in Sachse. Not only did she negotiate a lower price, she was able to get the builder to add in several add-ons that we wanted.
