We sold our home in DC in May 2024. We had decided ex-ante to retain Rima's and Layla's services based on our previous experience with them in 2020 (when we bought the very home we were now selling). Rima and Layla both know the DC market well -a must when it comes to valuation of the property, the critical first step- and are both very professional, diligent and attentive to detail. They both communicate and anticipate well. Our main expectations -achieving a good sale price within a short period of time - were comfortably exceeded, as we received multiple escalating offers in the first weekend and signed a contract on the Monday. This result was largely due to the strategy designed by Rima and Layla -surely helped by having a good property to sell- and their work on preparing the house for the showings and inspections. Layla worked very hard to find me exactly what I am looking for and within the budget I have. She wasn’t hesitant to advise me on the best locations as she is very familiar with the area. She had some connections and was able to get me a deal before it was even posted. Most importantly, and despite the rush and the time restriction, she still managed to negotiate the deal and had me move in less then 24h! Despite all the stress associated with finding the apartment, I really enjoyed working with Layla. She was patient and smart enough to understand my needs and personality quickly.
