Laurin is incredibly accommodating, responsive, and professional. I purchased my first home with Laurin and he guided me through the process every step of the way, and always gave honest feedback to help me make the best decision. I found exactly the place I was looking for and Laurin made the entire process from initial viewing to closing very simple.

Laurin is amazing. On his game. He never gave up on us even as undecided as we were. Always took a call day or night , very helpful and professional. I would use Laurin again if I purchase in the Toronto area. Thank you Laurin for all your patience .

I've worked with Laurin on two of my last apartments, and my studio space rental, and he's always been a pleasure to work with! Super knowledgeable, really kind, will always push for you as a client, gets the job done!He even helped my cousin find a place in Toronto to move to remotely from Boston which was a life saver for her! While I hope not to move again for a while, I know who I'll call when I do!

Laurin was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable agent. He had a keen eye for detail and was transparent in providing us with his thoughts on a property which we really appreciated.

I have known Laurin for many years, and he is very knowledgeable in the Toronto and Durham Real Estate markets. He is very family oriented, helps in the community,  and knows a lot about the history of Toronto.  Highly recommended Real Estate Agent.

I have retained Laurin Jeffrey on 3 separate occasions and in each instance, he has been a fantastic resource and a skillful realtor. I may have need of his services in the next while and would not hesitate to call or email him. He has been prompt in all his communications, and an excellent guide to the complexities of the Toronto real estate market. I recommend his services to anyone seeking to participate in the Toronto real estate market.

Working with Laurin has been a pleasure, almost effortless. Good subject knowledge, timely. He exudes a relaxed professionalism which adds to the experience. Highly recommended.

Laurin Jeffrey was our top choice as a realtor for selling our home, and buying our new one. He spent a lot of time with us a year before we were ready to sell, advising us how how to best prepare our home for sale, and personally dropping in to check our progress. We really appreciated the time he took, his knowledge of the current trends in our neighbourhood, and always reaching out to us when similar homes were being sold. As for buying a house, we are so very thankful to Laurin for the gem of a home he found for us. Given the pricing of homes in the neighbourhood we were looking at, we were quite nervous about finding something in our price range. Laurin found us a home off the beaten path, and it was perfect. In this stressful market, Laurin and his team made it a pleasant experience all around.

Thank you so much for all the work you put into finding us a perfect first home... as soon as we take possession, we would love to have over you for dinner! Thanks again!
