Bottom line, Laurie Linder is the best realtor I have ever worked with in past 40 years that I have been in the market of buying and selling homes. Her demonstrated competence in her field and attention to detail and necessary candor when working with you sets her way ahead of any realtor. I honestly don't think the recent sale of my home would have happened if it weren't for Laurie. There are many other comparable homes in my neighborhood that were for sale and even some that were less expensive and my home was the only one that sold. If you really want to sell your home, and don't want to waste your time you should definitely call Laurie Linder.
