Witht the right answers that we needed.We knew she was going to be our realtor five minutes of meeting with her.. we had a few other realtors That told us we had no chance at our asking price Laurie stuck with us on our asking price. Laurie listed my house for sale as well as helping me find a new home. Doing both at the same time was stressful and emotional as I lived in my home for over 40 years and raised my children there. From beginning to end, Laurie understood everything I was going through and supported me through both transactions. She is professional, considerate, has great follow up and a keen insight into people. She goes out of the box to be helpful in many ways which is commendable. I loved working with her. We had a few big "bumps in the road" and she was there for me through it all, and always with a smile and positive attitude.
Laurie definitely gets a 5 star rating for what her and her teammates have done for us. She and her team sold my wife's condo, our house in Brecksville and helped us buy our place in Stow. She came in and gave us a (sort of to do list) that had items for us to either fix, clean, or paint to make both places more sellable. These were all great suggestions she has a good eye for what buyers want. Then they staged them perfectly for open house and Private showings, and all the work was a big success that we got more than our asking price.
