Laurie Enoch is/was a first class real estate professional during the recent purchase of our home in Lavallette. Firstly, her demeanor was friendly, easy going, and certainly "not pushy" at all. Secondly, her knowledge of both the house that we were purchasing and of the area that the house is located was broad, detailed, and thorough. Laurie "knew everything" about the house and answered all of our questions "on the spot," without hesitation. She proactively advised me on actions steps that I should take (ex. contacting the local borough hall to inquire as to whether there were any unresolved matters with the house such as open permits or riparian rights issues, by way one of many examples of her proactivity) that I would not have thought of nor thought to ask. Thirdly, she conducts her business thoroughly. Throughout the more than 3 months time that it took to ultimately close (purchase) our house, I either texted or emailed her too numerous times to count and she responded promptly and thoroughly to each and every question or request that I had.
Lastly, and most importantly, she is such a nice and wonderful person to both work with and to come to know. My wife and I feel very fortunate that Laurie Enoch was the real estate professional for the house that we purchased from her and obviously, I would recommend her in the future without reservation or equivocation.
