We were lucky to work with Laurie in both the buying and selling processes. She took plenty of time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a new home, as well as our hopes for the home she helped us sell. Laurie's knowledge and experience in real estate are vast, which made us feel confident with her from start to finish. She always had professional information and background for us, but ultimately empowered us to make decisions that were best for our unique situation. We absolutely recommend working with Laurie for the most organized, detail-oriented, and friendly experience you can ask for.

Professional, friendly and a good communicator- all qualities you look for in a real estate agent. These, and more, are qualities we did get with Laurie Barrow as our real estate agent! Laurie helped us sell our property with the right amount of listening, encouraging and advising. Thank you Laurie- we recommend you whole-heartedly and will look for your help with any real estate needs.

She has now handled two sales for me which were both a great success and I would certainly recommend her to anyone. Her knowledge experience in the marketplace is excellent, and I consider a great asset.

Laurie was tremendous to work with. She explained the entire selling process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. She worked closely with the contractor to get the house ready for sale. Once on the market she kept me informed all the time as to how many people attended open houses, how many were reviewing the property online, etc. Laurie is a very honest and sincere person and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Laurie was wonderful and helped us find our dream home! She was always on top of things and was able to connect us with a great team of people such as mortgage brokers and inspectors. She also was great at pointing out things we may have missed during house tours and was always honest with us. She was also always available for our schedule and always kept us up to date. She’s friendly and really helped make sure we were getting a home that aligned with our needs. Would highly recommend working with Laurie and her team

It was great working with Laurie for the sale of my home. She was very helpful with lining up people for some repairs that had to done before the house went on the market. And her communication was excellent throughout the process.

We were buying and selling home within a very small window of time. It was more complicated and stressful than we had imagined. Laurie, stepped in and helped navigate this sale, to keep us within that time frame. We had to take a ferry back and forth to the house we were selling and couldn't be there to supervise the work that was being done, to make sure we would get top dollar for the house. She became our eyes and ears and made sure there wouldn't be any last minute details that would prevent the sale from going thru. Bottom line, the first person who saw it bought it at the price we asked. We are very grateful for Laurie's support and experience, as we are now enjoying the happy outcome we all wanted worked for.

There are not enough good comments I can make about Laurie. She was truly invaluable to me. I became aware of her in my neighborhood through the food drives she manages under the wonderful “giving tree” in the corner of her yard and, of course, the Windermere flyers I occasionally received. After our first meeting, she knew a sale was not imminent since I had only a vague timeline. Thank goodness she agreed that she would be available when the time came. I came to her as an absolutely uninformed client. She was always available with answers or suggestions - and became completely involved when unexpected issues arose. After I was no longer living in the house, she was the one overseeing the many needed changes and repairs, including finding and scheduling the right people to make the changes. And of course this required innumerable trips to the house. Selling is a monumental transition - and Laurie had to sometimes put on her psychologist’s hat to provide support. That replaced her contractor’s hat…her designer’s hat….her pest control hat….her cleaning services hat…..on and on. I hope I have the opportunity to refer her to someone - especially if they need anything like the help I needed….and received. Truly invaluable. And I am grateful to have had her assistance.

For decades my family lived in the Seaview area of Edmonds and would frequently see the lovely "Giving Tree" in Laurie's front yard. We learned that she collected items for the food bank and other local charities, so when it came time to downsize and list our family home, Laurie's altruistic nature drew us to her. Due to her help in the successful sale of our family residence, we considered none other than Laurie to help us find our new home! After several "wishy-washy" moments on our end, Laurie stuck with us through it all and we are now comfortably (and happily) settled in our new condo in the heart of Edmonds. Through it all Laurie has become not only our realtor but someone we would easily call a friend, and we would recommend her immensely to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! - Kelli and Kendall Raecker

Laurie is simply the best. We have now bought and sold a home with Laurie as our Realtor, Advocate, and Friend. Laurie is patient, attentive, and honest with all that she does, she can be trusted undoubtedly and will work tirelessly to ensure all your needs are met. While buying our home with her went extremely smoothly, the process in selling our home wasn't as easy and we encountered a host of obstacles, through that process Laurie put her years of experience and deployed all her resources to help us get through the selling process. All that to say we ended up getting everything we wanted. We can't say enough good things about Laurie and are blessed to have her in our life!
