Lauren was absolutely fantastic as my real estate agent. I was looking to be a first-time home owner, and she was very patient with my elementary questions and letting me know what to expect and what steps would happen next. She made time to not only show me houses, but also accompany me during the inspection and walkthroughs, which I appreciated. She listened and took great interest in my likes and dislikes and my life in general. Working with Lauren as a realtor was like working with a best friend, therapist, and professional hype woman. In buying our first house, we were utterly overwhelmed with options and financial chaos - but Lauren made it all easy. Lauren went above and beyond to do a ton of work for us, as we were out-of-state buyers. Lauren was basically an extension of our family, and still is. Even when we were moving into town and needed an air mattress for one night, Lauren created a gorgeous lovely oasis in our living room - all around an air mattress. Lauren moved us to tears multiple times. I would bet my life savings that there's no better realtor in the Kansas City area. We will never work with anyone else, but we likely won't have to, because Lauren found us the perfect house. Our gratitude is IMMENSE.

My wife and I were delighted to work with Lauren first in buying our dream home, followed by selling the home we were moving out of! Lauren's communication throughout every step of the process was EXCELLENT. She helped us with all of the little questions we had on a near daily basis! We bought at a time when it was almost impossible to buy a home without waiving inspections or offering way over asking price, so Lauren's expertise was absolutely critical in setting us up for success. We've now been in our new home for three months, and we love it! I kept asking Lauren for more business cards because I was handing them out like candy to any friends, family, and coworkers even remotely interested in buying or selling. I felt it would be an injustice not to give them the opportunity to work with Lauren! I joked with my wife that Lauren made the process so smooth, I'm ready to go through the process all over again! 😁
