Lauren is a fantastic agent, she is an OC local that has her pulse on the market. Highly recommend using her services!!! We did two deals and looking forward to more in the future!
Lauren has great intuition as to what we were looking for, she found a home that was not currently listed and made the deal happen. Almost a year later and we couldn’t be happier with our investment!!!
From start to finish Lauren was very professional and very personable. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend her and will be giving her referrals in the future!
Couldn't be more pleased with Lauren's performance as our agent. She's very knowledgeable and thorough, special attention to every detail. Found her to be warm, friendly and respectful to us and our home. Louren Perkins never left us waiting or wondering about anything. I've been totally satisfied and highly recommend her caring and courteous professional service.
Lauren Perkins is a great realtor. She was very knowledgeable with both the selling and purchasing process. Any questions or concerns were given a very quick response through the whole process. I have used Lauren in the past with the purchase of a previous house, and I would absolutely use Lauren for any future real estate transactions. I would and have recommended Lauren Perkins to family and friends without hesitation.
