I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lauren. Relocating from out of state it started out as a lengthy process- Lauren was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend and use Lauren again for any real estate needs.

Lauren found us our second home in 2018 and has now helped us sell it in 2023! We did this long distance and She made the process so easy. Lauren was quick to respond and advise, gave us contacts for services needed and made herself available anytime we needed her. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lauren Frick was amazing. We had a fairly complicated closing but with Lauren’s expertise and advice we felt very confident though-out the process. She was prompt with her communication to us and the sellers and gave great advice on how to handle unexpected situations. Lauren knows this real estate market well and we would highly recommend her!

Lauren recently helped me find a new home for my mom in one of the wackiest markets we have ever seen. This is the second home she has helped find since moving to ILM 4 years ago. Her patience and expertise in the ILM market made the home buying process easy for both myself and my mom. Going above and beyond to ensure we found the right property is what makes her so amazing. She drove to Carolina Beach to pick up my mother who doesn't drive to show homes when I was busy with work meetings. Cannot say enough about her customer service. Thanks for being a rockstar, Lauren!

Lauren helped my boyfriend and I get our first and dream home at a time when it seems impossible for buyers to secure a home, let alone get a decent deal. Lauren was always timely, personable, and thoughtful. I would certainly recommend her and appreciate the help she has provided us with.

Lauren Frick has been our family realtor for three real estate transactions and we could not be more pleased with her professionalism, knowledge of the local market and genuine patience and kindness. We will continue to seek Lauren’s guidance for all future real estate endeavors, as will our entire family! Thank you, Lauren!!

Lauren helped us sell our home very quickly and she was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Working with her was a breeze and most importantly a pleasure!

Lauren was a great agent to work with. She has all the characteristics that make her an outstanding agent, not just an agent! She prides herself on knowing the local market, she was very responsive if I had any questions, and her negotiating skills got our house sold and closed, just what every seller wants! I highly recommend that you give Lauren a consideration if you are a seller considering listing your home.

I can honestly say, I don’t think we would’ve gotten this house if she didn’t go the extra mile. Couldn’t have been better.
