We could not have done this without Lauren. She gave great advice and knew exactly when to push and when to pull. Her industry knowledge was invaluable during our home buying process. We reached a stall point after our offer was accepted because of a low appraisal but this didn’t stop Lauren. She worked diligently with the all parties involved and was able to get the appraisal adjusted, which I’m given to understand is near impossible. All this to say, I know we would not have been able to purchase our dream home without the help of Lauren Fish. We were very lucky to have her as an advocate in our corner and you will be too!

wonderful to work with

Lauren did such an amazing job helping us through the buying and selling process! It was so nice to have a realtor as good as she is!

We used Lauren during the sale of our house in 2021. Even though we had a few curve balls during the sale, Lauren was always willing to talk thru things with us. Her perspective and advice were a great help during the sale!

Lauren was excellent in explaining the current market supply & demand, home prices in our area, and finally the process of selling the home. This was literally the first house we had bought and was now the first house we sold. She did an exceptional job to ready the house for listing and then showings.

Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. We are very pleased with our experience and would work with them in the future.

Lauren was an amazing realtor.

Lauren Fish is the BEST! She helped us so much with the sale of our house. She has the data, comps, and experience to help you get the absolute best price for your home. We sold in 24 hours and we couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend using Lauren Fish for your buying or selling needs, you will be happy you did!

Lauren Fish went above and beyond our expectations when it came to selling our townhouse and purchasing our single family home. She really listened to what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood and was always available to go see houses that just hit the market. From our market analysis to closing day, she was there for us each step. Lauren was very responsive to our concerns as well as all the additional follow ups needed with agents and attorneys. We highly recommend Lauren Fish for your real estate needs.

Lauren was always there when we had a question, wanted to look at a house, and wanted to help us in anyway she could. Lauren was very professional and a great person to work with through the purchase of our new home. Thank You Lauren Fish :)
