She listened to our wish list, and worked within our budget to find the perfect house for us. When she told us to call her anytime, She truly meant it, she held our hand from start to finish. She is not only Professional, and Proficient, She is extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market. She was a pleasure to work with! Warm Regard, Rita Yocovelli Michael Raccioppi

Laureen co brokered the sale of our home and her local expertise was very helpful. She was very responsive and attentive when a problem arose. She was pleasant to work with and available when we needed her.

We met Laureen DiMatteo at an open house. And although that house was not the home for us, she made helpful suggestions of other communities in the area. When we found a house that we wanted to see, we asked her to show it to us. We made an offer which was initially rejected. The next day, we upped our offer. Negotiations broke down during attorney review. After a week and a half, the seller's agent reached out to Laureen and we made another offer. Attorney review was difficult and negotiations stalled. Without Laureen's assistance, this deal would have died. She went out of her way to smooth out the difficulties. We would not have our new home without her. She made it happen for us and we would highly recommend her. Laureen was not only our agent, she became our friend!

Laureenwas very helpful to me as a first time house buyer. I would definitely recommend her.

Steve Philips Laureen goes above and beyond she’s dedicated and always available. Made a daunting task enjoyable and easy! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

From our first conversation through the day of closing, Laureen was an exceptional advocate and advisor. Throughout our buying process, she kept everything smooth and moving in the right direction. Any questions we had were met with prompt responses, and she went out of her way to make sure all parties were on the same page during each phase. Thanks to Laureen, we now own our dream property! My husband’s job was relocated in New Jersey, so we had to make a move from Pennsylvania. Laureen was our real estate agent throughout this whole process. She went above and beyond, was always available, and always responded as soon as she could to answer any questions. She did more to help us through this process than I could ever say in this post. She is amazing and I would use her a million times over if I ever had to buy another home. I recommend her 100% to anyone looking for an amazing, knowledgeable real estate agent who will support you from the beginning to end and make a hard process feel that much easier! Thank you for everything Laureen! Brandie Phillips

I recently had the pleasure of working with Laureen.  I really needed help in this market looking for a house and thanks to her energy and professionalism, she has really helped me narrow down the location I want to move to.  She sends me listings daily and always makes herself available for viewings.

After the loss of my dad I reached out to Real Estate Agent, LaureenDiMatteo, to sell my dad's home. Her courtesy and caring personality made the process much easier for me. Her aggressive efforts had dad's home under contract the day of open house. This was a blessing for me and my family. I  Cannot thank Laureen enough for her caring, professional & unconditional commitment. I would highly reccommend Laureen for all your real estate needs.
