If you are not happy, Laura is not happy. Laura and her team are competent, honest, intuitive and hard working. Every detail is managed and never forgotten. Somehow, as I was thinking about a detail, Laura would call me an hour later to update me, or ask a question. Her timing was astounding. She always handled each interaction with integrity. But most of all, Laura wanted you to be happy with the outcome. She never made a move because it was simply the easiest thing to do. Laura is an excellent realtor. If I owned a business, and could convince Laura to work for me, she would be my first hire.

We chose to work with Laura in large part because we were conducting our house search from another state, and she had had a lot of experience in the real estate market in Eastside, including a similar interstate relocation effort. Time was always of the essence in this kind of search because in this market, listings would come out on Thursday or Friday at the latest in a given week, she would help check out the house and record a video tour with insightful observations and recommendations, after which we would decide whether it was worth flying in Saturday to check out the house and decide whether to make an offer. For any good house, it would be sold within the week. Laura and her team were always very responsive whenever we spotted a listing we were interested in and gave us invaluable feedback so that we never wasted a trip seeing a house we didn’t end up making an offer on. Given that we were about to purchase the most expensive thing we had bought in our entire lives, we deeply appreciated the insightful feedback about which houses would be difficult to resell later and how to keep things in perspective while the market was still slow in December and January and inventory was low. Laura’s connections with a lender she recommended also made it a lot easier to get our dream house. The lender was easy to work with, and it helped that the two of them had an established working relationship. Overall, our house buying process seemed like a well oiled machine designed to ensure that we were supported every step of the way to buy a good house we would love. She also made our transition into the new house even easier by offering to meet any contractors for work before we move in and giving us referrals to contractors, etc! I’m sure I’m forgetting some other awesome thing she did to make it a smooth experience, but it probably just goes to show that I took it for granted because it was seamless.

Laura was such a big help with making the stressful move much easier. She has such a kind, understanding nature.
