Laura was great and really appreciated all of her support through the process. The only area that we felt could have been slightly enhanced was slight increase in the number of properties she identified and shared with us. We found it was pretty typical that we were identifying properties ourselves or the few properties she shared with us tended to be at the very high end of our price range.
