We wanted to list through Michael Saunders due to their strong presence in the Lakewood Ranch community. We were fortunate to have Laura Navratil and Tim Carney represent us. Their knowledge and professionalism from the start was appreciated. Their suggestions on how best to prepare for showings and most importantly pricing the unit accurately made a big difference. There was a potential issue within days of closing that would have affected the sale. Laura and Tim provided a solution to the buyer so that we were able to proceed with the sale. Not only are they great agents but they are people who really do care!

I wanted to drop a line to you to express our immense gratitude for the professional service we received from Laura Navratil and Tim Carnes. They went well above our expectations in helping us sell our property. Even though we lived outside of the United States we honestly felt they cared about us and this was not just a business transaction. They happily handled ever aspect of the sale including dealing with a number of service companies such as air conditioning. Any issue that came up they were there front and centre to help us. They walked us through every step of the process and we felt tremendous comfort in their advice and guidance. Laura and Tim made the selling process much easier and manageable. We really appreciated their attention to our property and can not thank them enough. Great job! Great service! Strongly recommend them for any real estate transaction.

I just wanted to let you know how great Laura Narvatil has been to work with.  We've worked with her before on the sale of our home, and had the opportunity to work with her again on a recent property purchase....and she will be finalizing a sale on a third property for us next month.

She is the best!  Promptly responds to calls and questions, is efficient, pays attention to detail...my list could go on...just a delight to work with.  Businesses have a hard time today finding good, reliable employees...she is a keeper!

Laura is a true professional. I have rarely met anyone with such attention to detail and the ability to get the job done quickly and effciently. Having been on both sides of real estate transactions now with Laura I can confirm she works equally well with the Buyer and the Seller. As a person that seeks understanding I found Laura to be an excellant fact finder and extremley patient as she worked through all of my questions. Laura's calm personality serves her well as an agent and I appreciate the opportunity to have been able to have her by my side over the past few months. Although I plan to stay put for awhile I do know who I will call if I ever decide to move!

Laura Navratil was one of the best agents I have ever worked with!  She was very accommodating to my requests and the real estate transaction went as smoothly as was possible.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to provide comments on our experience with your sales associate, Laura Navratil.   The first time we met Laura was via Facetime.  Since we live out of state, my sister met Laura at the condo, and we discussed details via facetime.  We continued to search for additional condos in different areas, Laura provided important information and guidance about each of the areas in which we were looking. Laura was so helpful and made herself available when we were in town to look at several condos.  Laura made sure, we had all the information needed, answered our questions, and represented both parties very well.  She was always very timely in her response and therefore, the process moved quickly.   It was certainly a pleasure to work with Laura.  We would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a home/condo. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Cathy and Jerry Allen

Our realtor in Lakewood Ranch was Laura Navratil, and she was absolutely the best! She listened to our needs, was patient with us as we viewed homes again and again, and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. Being out of state buyers came with some challenges for us, but Laura went “above and beyond the duty of a realtor” and took care of so many things for us that they’re too numerous to list. We wanted you to know just how great Laura represents your company!
